Mackintosh Rubber Sheet

Toraymyxin
TORAYMYXIN™ (PMX™) is an extracorporeal hemoperfusion cartridge designed to remove endotoxin in blood. TORAYMYXIN™ is indicated for patients with sepsis or septic shock caused by suspected Gram-negative bacterial infection or endotoxemia.
TORAYMYXIN™ is composed of polymyxin B-immobilized polystyrene derivative fibers. Polymyxin B is an antibiotic which is well known to bind endotoxin selectively.
Systemic use of polymyxin B is restricted due to nephrotoxicity and neurotoxicity. However, TORAYMYXIN™ selectively removes circulating endotoxin, because polymyxin B is covalently bonded to the fiber.

“HEMOFEEL” CH hemofilter is used for patients who have acute kidney failure, with conservative treatment consisting of volume, electrolyte and acid–base homeostasis management, and specific drug management.

- Our startup company came into being to provide affordable healthcare in the area of Nephrology and in ICU on Endotoxin removal filter that has been successfully done.
- In Tier 1 and 2 cities apart from the metros, the innovative product is used in the treatment of kidney, liver ailments and also for removal of toxins from the body.
- As of now patients from smaller cities, who have been advised to undergo dialysis had to travel to the large hospitals in metros to get the treatment done, as the treatment for it was only available there.
- However, this resulted in the hospitals getting unusually large number of patients for which they neither have the desired infrastructure nor are they adequately equipped to cater to so many patients.
- Our startup solves the issue of bring the treatment closer to the patient’s home and avoid overcrowding of large hospitals.
1.The product that we have developed in India, in collaboration with a Bangalore based manufacturing company, is a machine called NEPHRATRONE, which re-processes used dialyzers.
- Nephratrone significantly reduces the cost of using dialyzers by repeatedly cleaning used dialyzers, and thereby reduces the cost of treatment.
2.All the products used in dialysis like Double Ribbon Catheters, Foley Balloon Catheters, IV Canula etc. including drapes and gowns are put together in one single box or packet for easy use.
- This product kit is of a use and throw type making the whole process of dialysis completely hygienic and a unique user-friendly product.
3.Further, we are planning to take an innovative step under the scheme “DIALYSIS CENTER ON WHEELS” to cater to patients at their doorstep. This will be expanded to cover rural and small cities so that precious lives can be saved. This will be facilitated by creating an APP on Mobile so that every needy patient can have quick access to it and book by mobile app.
- Presently 13 employees are working including skilled employees. Being in an aggressive expansion phase, we plan to appoint 30-40 more people in the next two years. (April 2022 -March 2024)
- Our long-term goal is to establish our own product manufacturing facility, which means that we intend to generate employment for at least around 200 people in the near future.
- With the successful launch and installation of our dual channel dialyzer reprocessing machine, which is a state of art machine with latest features and applications for dialysis, we are revolutionizing dialysis in India.
- We are also providing the facility of cold storage area of 18 cubic meter for medicines.
- Presently, revenue is being generated by Sales & Service of the products/instruments. Products are supplied to all Hospitals and Dialysis Chain Centers.

- Solves the problem of long waiting time by bringing the treatment close to the patient’s homes. This is being done by installing the equipment in small hospitals and nursing homes in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
- Avoids unnecessary travel by the patients to large hospitals in the metros to get their treatment.
- Brings the treatment closer to the patient’s home thus reducing the financial burden on them and their families.
